Security Consultant
Responsibilities:
Perform penetration testing for web applications on the server as well as the web application(s). You must be able to know the "How-To" attack procedure as well as the prevention concept. The position can be fulfilled remotely, although being on-site is a bonus.
Communicate with customers throughout the course of our business relationship regarding all phases of our service: setup, changes, and clarifications. Track and follow-up when corrective action is needed. Participate in conference calls with various V.A.P.T. personnel and customers. Follow professionally accepted code of ethics.
Provide off-hours support on a rotational basis via a cellular device.
Required Skills and Experience:
Basic understanding of websites:
* Use of browsers
* Interactions with servers
* Familiar with Windows and Linux platforms and services
* URL identification
* Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, PHP, C++, Perl, and Java
* Good verbal and written (email) communications
* Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Knowledge of website auditing best practices
* Use of website testing tools (i.e. proxies, development tools)
* Familiarity with popular website platforms (.NET, J2EE, PHP etc...)
* Experience with finding all of the WASC classes of vulnerabilities (http://www.webappsec.org/projects/threat/)
* Basic knowledge of SQL
Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships and partnering with customers by communicating effectively to sell a broad range of advertising products and services.
Close sales and produce profitable business. Submit and handle quotes and proposals. Ability to measure and meet customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Self-motivated: able to scope on a vision and see it through completion
* Proficient computer skills in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* 3+ years of sales knowledge in field
* Good verbal and written (E-mail) communications
